My Thoughts:

Audio:
She wasn't a favorite but she was good. Not for everyone maybe.

Book:

I have been looking forward to this book for so long......

It started off good but not great. I enjoyed the characters well enough. Many seemed kind of dry sometimes but not horribly so. I didn't enjoy the book as much as I had hoped but it still was good enough for me to want to finish it. Thankful for the audio because I may have lost interest otherwise. Even with audio, sometimes it seemed drawn out a bit. I do want to try the second book in the series and hope I like it more than the first now that I'm used to her writing. This will have to be a book by book thing and it will determine how far I go in this series.

There was also a short story in this book that was cute ( "Candy For Christmas" ). It did what it was intended to do, make you feel all mushy inside, make you smile and glad for a happy ending. Wasn't perfect but adorable still.
